• Equipment: Brand, Model, Serial Number, Year of Purchase
• For Parts: Part Number (if known), Description, Quantity, Photos of nameplate and damaged part
• For Service: Fault description, When it started, Current equipment status, Photos/Videos
• Service Type: Parts request / Breakdown support / Scheduled maintenance / Mobile field service
